Corporate Membership
A annual fee of £5,000 gives a company of any size membership of Longridge. Membership gives a company one annual team building day at Longridge for up to 50 people, two dragon boat entries for our annual championship and the Family rate on all our courses for all employees.
Dynamic Leadership
Our one day Dynamic Leadership course is designed to help increase employee confidence and develop leadership skills though a day of fun yet challenging tasks.
We start with an introduction to Longridge and orientation. We then kick off the day proper with gentle land-based activities to break the ice. After a short break, we have a land-based challenge before hitting the water after lunch.

Co-Operative Team Building
Longridge's one day Co-Operative Team Building course aims to challenge groups to encourage co-operation and problem solving.
We start with an introduction to Longridge and orientation. The team challenges will then start on land and water. The Co-Operative Teams course works perfectly alongside our Dynamic Leadership Course as a two day event for employees.
Example: Escape From the Island
Your team will work together to build a means of escape from objects they can find on the island and paddle to freedom.
Example: Millennium Bridge
Your team will have to cross a ten metre gap without touching the ground. A limited amount of equipment will be provided.

Launches and Conferences
With our glorious Thames-side setting, Longridge is the perfect setting for a magical and memorable celebration. We work with the nearby Crowne Plaza and Compleat Angler to provide residential conferences and over the years we have hosted some truly extraordinary events. Monkey Business
Longridge has partnered with Monkey Business; a development consultancy specialising in the development of your staff into high performing leaders and strong teams. Longridge and Monke Business can offer you bespoke individual and team development programmes.
Monkey Business was founded by former fighter pilot and Gulf War POW John Peters and international survival expert Martyn Helliwell. Monkey Business leave management jargon and motivational speech to one side and concentrate on intense, performance enhancing team training.

Firework Party
Our annual fireworks party, held each November, is a renowned spectacular. In the evening 4,000 visitors descend on Longridge for a magical display of fireworks as well as food, music and refreshments.
This year we are offering businesses the opportunity to run a corporate fireworks evening for clients, staff and families in the days surrounding our annual display. From 40 to 250 people can take part and we will provide music, catering, boats and fireworks. The experience can be tailored to your exact requirements and costs from £25 per person.

Annual Dragon Boat Championships - 26th September
Our annual dragon boat championships invites teams from local businesses to come together to compete for glory in this battle for dragon supremacy.
As well as our beautiful settting and majestic boats, there will be a sumptuous BBQ and a selection of refreshments to restore teams to tip top paddling condition.
