We are now recruting instructors for our 2012 season and are seeking seasonal instructors from March to October. We are seeking someone with lots of enthusiasm and catering energy to run our small but vibrant onsite Cafe, that provides meals to our staff as well as our visitors. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you can cook, understand the importance of health and hygiene in a commercial environment and be brimming with ideas on how we can make our Cafe a really special place. We are always seeking specialist instructors with an enthusiasm for inspiring young people, who would like to work as part of the Longridge team at available times. Our specialist instructors must at a minimum a Level 1 BCU Instructor.

Purpose : To assist as asked with the Crew project and Longridge site upkeep for the appointed crew weekend. Site upkeep include catering, grounds & paths, maintaining essential site services and if necessary car parking.
